1. Return Period
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:Unused and in the same condition that you received it.In the original packaging.Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Refund Deductions
Please note that in the case of a return, the full amount is not refundable. The following deductions will apply:Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.Handling Fees: A specific amount will be deducted from your refund as a processing/handling fee. The remaining balance will be credited back to you.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was delivered. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us immediately via the details below.
